How do I change my personal information.

Goto Myskyslope and click personal information. Remember to press Save button to save the changes you did.

How do I set my signature for all outgoing mails ?

Goto MySkyslope and click Signature.

How do I change my password ?

Go to Myskyslope and press Change Password. You will be asked your existing password first.

Why do I need a skyslope.com email id ?

You have a unique email at skyslope.com as part of using the service. When you send working documents to skyslope, you send these to this email id. Your email at skyslope.com is read by the skyslope services. Skyslope will not have any access to your other personal email ids.

I created a listing. I converted this to a transaction. My listing is no longer visible. How do I see that ?

All info you added while creating a transaction from listing is carried forward to transaction. Since the transaction is in progress, you do not have access to the listing.

I want to create my own checklist. How do I do that ?

As a broker, you have the right to create your own checklist that is followed by all your agents for your transactions.
As an agent, attached to a broker that has subscribed to skyslope.com, you do not have authority to create your own checklist. You must follow the checklist created by your broker.

I created a transaction by mistake. What do I do ?

You can choose a transaction and delete it till the time you have not filledescrow information.

How do I see all activities that have occurred in this transaction ?

You can access log to check complete list of activities related to this transaction.

My deal did not materialize. How do I record this info ?

You can select the transaction and press dead deal. You will be prompted to check if you would like to activate the listing.

How do I quickly access my transaction ?

The search box on top right shows you address of property you may be looking for, as you type agents name or street name or complete address.

How do I keep backup of my documents related to an archived transaction ?

You can choose to download all documents as a zip by going in archive and selecting the tarsnaction.

I am a broker, how do I add agents to my account ?

You can use admin option to manage your agents. This includes adding new agents and deactivating existing agents.

Can I use same fax cover to fix in my documents related to multiple transactions ?

No. To fax in documents you must generate a fax cover for the transaction you wish to associate the documents with.
